Jekaterina joined the NOA CIRCLE team in November 2016. She obtained her Master's degree in Economics and Occupational Health and Safety and she is experienced in general administration and HR management from her time in Latvia. In the company, Jekaterina holds the HR and Business Development Officer position and performs all regular HR functions. She also maintains KYC and Due Diligence procedures, translates from Russian to English and acts as the contact point for Russian-speaking clients. She also provides wide-range administrative and organizational support to the management and the staff of the company.
